Desi QR delivers entirely digital products and services. As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, there are no physical items to ship. This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how your purchased credits, plans, or services are delivered.
1. Instant Service Activation
Immediately upon successful completion of your checkout transaction (via Razorpay, credit/debit card, or net banking), your account limits are updated.
- Credits: Bulk credits are credited instantly and will show up in your reseller or user dashboard balance.
- Active Plan Status: Upgraded account tiers are activated on the spot, allowing immediate vCard generation or template access.
2. Confirmation
A payment confirmation email containing your tax invoice and order summary is sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of the purchase.
3. Delivery Verification & Issues
If your account balance does not update within 30 minutes of a successful payment, or if you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to us:

Please provide your transaction reference number and register details so that our engineering team can audit your transaction and update your balance immediately.
