We value your business and aim to make managing your subscriptions and active services as simple and flexible as possible. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines for canceling your services or subscriptions with Desi QR.
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your active monthly or yearly plans at any time directly through your dashboard configuration panel.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Billing / Plans section.
- Click Cancel Plan and confirm the prompt.
Alternatively, you can submit a cancellation request by emailing us at contact@desiqr.com from your registered email address.
2. Cancellation Effects
When you cancel a recurring plan:
- Your subscription will remain active and usable until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged on the next renewal date.
- Your dynamic QR codes will continue functioning normally. However, standard template features might revert to basic free tiers if the plan is not renewed.
3. Credit Packages
Bulk credit purchases are **one-time payments** and do not involve recurring charges. Since credits have lifetime validity and never expire, they do not require cancellation.
