Thank you for choosing Desi QR. We strive to provide the best digital identity and dynamic QR systems. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for credits, subscriptions, or white-label packages purchased through our website.

1. Digital Nature of Service

All purchases made on Desi QR (including QR credits, templates, and reseller credits) are digital assets. Once credits are added to your account or a service is deployed, the platform immediately allocates resources.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

No credits from the purchased bulk package have been consumed or used to create dynamic profiles.
The subscription remains unused and has not been utilized for custom domain verification or active campaigns.
You encounter a proven technical defect on our platform that our technical team is unable to resolve within 72 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:

Credits that have already been spent to generate active digital business cards or review QR codes.
Custom domains that have already been integrated and verified.
Purchases made after the 7-day refund window.

4. Processing Refunds

To request a refund, please send an email to contact@desiqr.com with your transaction details and invoice. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days, subject to the policies of your bank or credit card issuer.
